By using AI Analyser you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. It is provided free of charge, with no account and no contract beyond this page.

Results are estimates, not findings

This is the most important term here. AI detection is probabilistic. Published accuracy for image and text classifiers falls substantially on content they were not trained on, and text detectors are documented to produce more false positives for people writing in a second language.

You agree not to treat any result as proof, and specifically not to rely on it as the sole basis for an academic misconduct finding, an employment decision, a legal claim, a publication accusing someone of deception, or any other decision affecting a person. Corroborate independently.

What you may upload

You confirm that, for anything you submit:

• You own it, or you have the right to upload and have it analysed.
• It does not contain another person's private, confidential or sensitive personal information without their permission.
• It is not unlawful, and is not sexual content involving minors.
• It does not contain malware or attempt to exploit the service.

Remember that submitted content is transmitted to a third-party inference provider, as set out in the privacy policy. Do not upload material you are not free to share.

Fair use

There is a limit of 100 checks per hour per visitor. Do not attempt to circumvent it, script bulk submissions, or resell access. We may block access that degrades the service for others.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. It depends on third-party infrastructure and models that may change, degrade or become unavailable without notice. We may modify or discontinue it at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its results, including decisions made about any person on the basis of a result. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your content

You keep all rights in what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and transmit it for analysis so the service can function. You can withdraw that permission and have the content deleted at any time via delete my data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
